The Atsugi Plant offers commissioned processing of its ONEX fine coating services using the PVD method. We welcome you to try out our proprietary thin membrane technologies for everything from industrial tools, jigs and components to other decorative parts.

Quality Control
We have established a complete quality assurance framework fully equipped with Micro Vickers hardness testers, membrane thickness testers, scratch testers, pin-disk abrasion testers, Nishihara sliding abrasion testers and scanning electron microscopes.
